Direct purchases

A purchase made on this site can be refunded in full within 30 days of the purchase date, for any reason. Try the free tier first if you are unsure: it is the same app with a daily limit, and nothing is charged until you decide.

How to ask

Send an email to [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or include that address in the message. Add the date of the purchase or the order number from the receipt. Nothing else is required, and you do not have to give a reason.

If the license key was activated, deactivate it in Settings › License first when you can. If the Mac is gone, say so and it is deactivated for you.

What happens next

Purchases on this site are sold by Paddle as merchant of record, so the refund is issued by Paddle to the payment method you paid with. It is confirmed by email within a few days; how long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

A refund revokes the license key. The app returns to the free tier at its next license check and keeps every file it has already transferred. Nothing on your Mac or your phone is touched.

Mac App Store purchases

Purchases and in-app purchases made through the Mac App Store are handled by Apple under Apple's terms, including refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you paid with. We cannot see or refund App Store transactions ourselves.

Your statutory rights

If the law where you live gives you a right of withdrawal or other consumer rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy and are never limited by it.
