Get your license key again
Enter the email address you paid with. A new key for your purchase is emailed within a few minutes. Keys already entered on your Macs keep working.
No longer have that email address?
Write to support from your new address with the address you paid with and the date of the purchase. We find the order and send the key to you.
Moving to another Mac?
The key works on up to 3 Macs at once. Free a slot with Settings › License › Deactivate on the old one; if that Mac is gone, write to support and the slot is freed for you.
Bought in the Mac App Store?
There is no key. Open the App Store version once and choose Restore Purchases, then in the direct version use Settings › License › Bought in the App Store?
Looking for the receipt?
Receipts and invoices come from Paddle, the seller of record, in a separate email. Refunds within 30 days: refund policy.
